Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large deep skillet to about 350°F (180°C).
  4. Dip cauliflower florets in the wet mixture, then roll in the dry batter, shaking off excess.
  5. Fry the coated cauliflower florets in small batches for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving warm.
