- Combine 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of peri peri seasoning, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of crushed black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss in 300g of boneless white fish to coat.
- In another bowl, mix together ¾ cup of panko breadcrumbs, 6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and 2 tablespoons of dried parsley.
- Whisk together 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth to create the binder for the nuggets.
- Dip the seasoned fish into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- For deep frying, heat oil to 180°C (350°F) and fry the nuggets for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
