  • 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta Can swap for penne or gluten-free pasta.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley No substitutions needed.
  • 1 tsp Cracked Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional for dairy-free version.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Whisk in the dry Italian dressing until smooth.
  3. Lightly coat the crock pot interior with non-stick spray. Layer the seared chicken and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the sauce thickens.
  5. When nearing completion, boil salted water and cook the angel hair pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Serve the chicken whole or shredded over pasta. Garnish with parsley, cracked pepper, and cheese if desired.
