  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Lightly coat the crock pot with non-stick spray. Place seared chicken at the bottom and pour sauce mixture over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and reaches 165°F.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes for al dente. Drain and toss with sauce or serve separately.
