- Begin by layering the base for your Crock Pot No Peek Chicken with Rice. In your crock pot, combine the white jasmine rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well blended.
- Carefully place the boneless skinless chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Ensure the chicken is fully covered to prevent drying out.
- Sprinkle the Lipton® Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken breasts and scatter fresh parsley on top for flavor and color.
- Cover the crock pot with its lid tightly. Cook on HIGH for 3½ hours or on LOW for 5-6 hours without peeking.
- Once cooked, check if the chicken is no longer pink, shred it, and return it to the rice mixture. Serve hot with additional parsley if desired.
