- Begin by placing thawed chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently place the broccoli florets on top of the cheese and chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the dish.
- Dish out generous portions of the creamy chicken and broccoli mixture over a base of rice or quinoa.
