Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by placing thawed chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently place the broccoli florets on top of the cheese and chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Once cooked, check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the dish.
  6. Dish out generous portions of the creamy chicken and broccoli mixture over a base of rice or quinoa.
