Preparation Steps
- Prepare the 9x9-inch baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
- Blend 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth.
- Melt 8 ounces dark chocolate with 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream in a microwavable bowl until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese and add optional Baileys or Kahlua and salt.
- Spread the chocolate filling over the crust and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 3 hours until firm.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the foil, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
