Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the powdered gelatine over ⅓ cup of whole milk in a small saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Gently heat the mixture, stirring until gelatine dissolves (about 2-3 minutes). Avoid boiling.
  3. Add caster sugar and stir until fully dissolved to enhance sweetness.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in thickened cream and Baileys Irish Cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into ramekins or glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Serve in glasses or turn out onto plates, garnishing with chocolate shavings or coffee granules.
