Step-by-Step Instructions for Dubai Chocolate Balls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the kataifi by coating with melted butter and bake until golden and crispy (12-15 minutes).
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix in pistachio butter and salt. Adjust consistency with vegetable oil if needed.
  3. Combine cooled kataifi with the pistachio filling, blending carefully to maintain texture.
  4. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then dip each ball for coating, sprinkling chopped pistachios on top.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator, then store in an airtight container.
