Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1/2 cup sugar until creamy. Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Stir in 1 cup flour, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of kosher salt until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Press more than half of the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the greased pie pan.
  5. Spread a layer of marshmallow creme over the crust, then add broken pieces of chocolate bars and top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Crumble the remaining crust mixture over the pie and sprinkle additional mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces on top.
