Method
 

Dough Preparation

  2. Combine yeast mixture, 4 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 cup of butter, and 2 eggs in a bowl.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rising the Dough
  1. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
Shaping the Rolls
  1. Punch down the risen dough, roll into a 12x18 inch rectangle.

Second Rise
