  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping Use heavy whipping cream for a homemade touch.
For the Fruit Layers
  • 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling Mix fresh strawberries with sugar and cornstarch if using fresh.
  • 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
For Decoration
  • 1 box Star-Shaped Sprinkles For festive finishing touch.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until coarse crumbs. Mix in melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass dish and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Layer on strawberry pie filling, then blueberry pie filling.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping, swirl for visual appeal, and sprinkle star-shaped sprinkles. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
