Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients, combining until just mixed.
  5. Portion out the cookie dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place on baking sheets, spaced apart, and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
