Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split your English muffins in half and place them cut side up on a prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, crack open the eggs, add milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk together.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, then pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set.
  5. Distribute scrambled eggs evenly over the muffins, sprinkle cheese, layer sausage or bacon, and add bell peppers.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with green onions before serving.
