Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions (3-4 minutes). Drain and toss with vegetable oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and water until dissolved. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add drained noodles to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss gently to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes until glossy.
  5. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss to combine.
  6. Serve noodles in bowls and add desired toppings.
