  3. Crush Mint Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag until you have a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks.
  4. In a trifle bowl, layer half the brownie cubes, then half the pudding, half the whipped topping, and half the crushed Oreos.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients, creating a layered effect.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Before serving, garnish with remaining crushed Oreos, a dollop of whipped topping, and optional green sprinkles.
