Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Bites
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into evenly-sized 1-inch cubes. Toss the cubes with olive oil and salt, then spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast the sweet potato cubes in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through. They're ready when golden and slightly crispy.
