Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and onions are translucent.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and pour the beef mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
