  • 1 whole lime zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, can substitute with maple syrup or agave
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín or chili lime seasoning optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting off both ends of the watermelon to create a stable base. Slice it in half lengthwise and peel off the rind.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick slabs, then slice each slab into fry-shaped sticks.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Arrange the watermelon fries on a platter, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with Tajín.
  5. Serve with the yogurt dip in the center or in individual bowls.
