  4. Mash ripe bananas in a separate bowl then add to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Gradually pour dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
