- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted vegan butter, almond or oat milk, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
- Gradually mix in the flour, stirring gently until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Fold in the blueberries gently, ensuring they are evenly spaced throughout the batter.
- Grease donut molds and pour the batter into each cavity, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the molds for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze using powdered sugar and almond milk, drizzle over the donuts once cooled.
