Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for the swirl.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Cream together butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Add egg, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil to the mixture and mix until smooth.
