  • 6 ounces Fresh Cranberries Frozen cranberries can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 Oranges Thinly sliced; can be replaced with lemons or limes.
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Mint leaves or fresh thyme can be used as alternatives.
  • 4-5 cups Filtered Water Use steaming water to avoid cloudiness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Festive Cranberry Ice Cubes
  1. Prepare the ice cube tray by placing 1 to 3 fresh cranberries into each compartment.
  2. Add a thin slice of orange and a small sprig of fresh rosemary to each compartment.
  3. Pour steaming filtered water into each compartment halfway, then tap the tray to release air bubbles.
  4. Cover the tray and freeze for at least four hours until solid.
  5. After four hours, fill each compartment to the top with more steaming filtered water, then freeze for another four hours.
  6. Remove from the tray by twisting or pressing, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easier removal and make the ice cubes up to a month in advance.
