Preparation
- Crush 15 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 4 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls for the bodies and smaller balls for the heads. Chill for 10-15 minutes if sticky.
- Melt 6 ounces of dairy-free white chocolate and dip each ball into it, attaching heads while wet.
- After the coating firms slightly, decorate with chocolate chips for eyes and add scarves with icing or fondant.
- After chocolate sets, arrange on a platter and dust with powdered sugar or shredded coconut.
