For the Drumsticks
  • 4 pieces Wildflower Honey BBQ Drumsticks Any BBQ-flavored drumsticks will work fine.
For the Mac and Cheese
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni Consider small pasta shapes as a fun alternative.
  • 1 can Condensed cheddar cheese soup Feel free to swap with homemade cheese sauce if preferred.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese Try Monterey Jack or mozzarella for a twist.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream Whole milk can be a lighter substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Greek yogurt is a wonderful, healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground mustard Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper Used as a cute jack-o-lantern’s stem.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your small plastic cups and a black marker. Draw fun jack-o-lantern faces on each cup.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
  4. Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, salt, white pepper, and ground mustard into the macaroni. Stir until combined.
  5. Spoon the macaroni mixture into each prepped jack-o-lantern cup, topping with a slice of green bell pepper for decoration.
  6. Plate the BBQ drumsticks alongside the filled cups and serve.
