Preparation
- Gather your small plastic cups and a black marker. Draw fun jack-o-lantern faces on each cup.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, salt, white pepper, and ground mustard into the macaroni. Stir until combined.
- Spoon the macaroni mixture into each prepped jack-o-lantern cup, topping with a slice of green bell pepper for decoration.
- Plate the BBQ drumsticks alongside the filled cups and serve.
