  • 3 stalks Green Onions finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce preferably low-sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger or fresh ginger
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted for extra flavor
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro fresh, or substitute with basil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground pork over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add minced garlic and ground ginger to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour into the skillet and stir. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
