  • 1 Orange Fresh juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Can substitute with honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust based on taste
Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups Red Seedless Grapes Can use other grapes or berries
  • 1 cup Blackberries Substitute with raspberries if preferred
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans Can use walnuts or almonds
  • 2 Sweet Apples Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala recommended

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Zest and juice the orange into a large mixing bowl. Combine with maple syrup and ground cinnamon, whisking for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add grapes and blackberries to the dressing, stirring gently to coat. Cube sweet apples just before adding them to keep them fresh.
  3. Toss the mixture carefully for about 1 minute to ensure even coating of the dressing.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Toss again before serving if stored.
