  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, ½ cup of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar. Bring this mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour all at once, stirring vigorously until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Incorporate 4 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
