Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion and crumble the feta cheese into small chunks.
  2. In a large salad bowl, start with the mixed greens as your base. Layer in the cucumbers, sliced cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the salad. Add the cranberries.
