Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with this spice mixture and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in heavy cream and let simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a clean pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Divide cooked ramen into bowls, ladle spicy broth over noodles, add sliced chicken, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish.
