  • 1/4 cup olive oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lemons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons paprika smoked paprika recommended
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano fresh oregano can be used
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes adjust according to spice preference
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable bag or bowl with the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat at around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the marinated chicken on the grill or in a roasting pan for about 25–30 minutes until golden-brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.

Notes
