Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Add green food coloring and mix.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Using greased hands or a spatula, press the mixture evenly into the baking dish. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes until set.
  4. Once cooled, cut the Rice Krispie treat into squares, approximately 2 inches wide, and set aside while preparing decorations.
  5. Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Drizzle over the bars and place candy eyes on top. Use black licorice for hair and mouth details.
