Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with minced garlic and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Cut fresh cauliflower into florets and add to the bowl with garlic butter. Toss to coat each piece thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and smoked paprika over the cauliflower and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until cauliflower is golden and tender.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.
