- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and instant yeast. Stir in sugar, butter, salt, and egg. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, then cover with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, slice into 8-9 rolls, and place the slices in a greased baking pan.
- Cover the pan and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes until nearly doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and mix in powdered sugar, adding milk for consistency.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
