Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and instant yeast. Stir in sugar, butter, salt, and egg. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, then cover with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log, slice into 8-9 rolls, and place the slices in a greased baking pan.
  5. Cover the pan and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes until nearly doubled in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and mix in powdered sugar, adding milk for consistency.
  8. Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
