Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and herbs. Whisk together and coat the shredded chicken. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the marinated chicken for about 12-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Spread tzatziki on the flatbread, then layer with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and onions.
  5. Serve fresh or reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes before serving.
