Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball, until all the mixture is used. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
