Cooking Instructions

  4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time as needed.
  5. Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes, then slice against the grain into thin strips.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble tacos by layering tortillas with steak and creamy corn mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
