Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with a dollop of peanut butter, microwaving in 30-second intervals.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the yogurt base.
  6. Add optional toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
  7. Freeze the bark for 2-3 hours until completely firm.
  8. Remove from the freezer, lift the edges of the parchment, and cut into pieces.
