Preparation Steps
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with a dollop of peanut butter, microwaving in 30-second intervals.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the yogurt base.
- Add optional toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
- Freeze the bark for 2-3 hours until completely firm.
- Remove from the freezer, lift the edges of the parchment, and cut into pieces.
