Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 cup of half-and-half, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Set aside.
- Slice each King’s Hawaiian roll in half and poke holes in the cut sides. Dip each half in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted. Place soaked rolls cut side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Gently flip each roll and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- If cooking more, add more butter and repeat the soaking and cooking process, ensuring each piece cooks evenly.
- Serve while warm topped with fresh berries, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.

Notes
For the best flavor, ensure the egg mixture is well-whisked and avoid oversoaking the rolls. Adjust heat as necessary to prevent burning.
