Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese and peanut butter. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add your choice of sweetener to the blender. Blend again for 15-20 seconds until fully incorporated.
  3. If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk to the blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour the mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses. Use a spatula to scrape all the mixture from the blender.
  5. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.
  6. After chilling, add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
