- In a blender, combine cottage cheese and peanut butter. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add your choice of sweetener to the blender. Blend again for 15-20 seconds until fully incorporated.
- If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk to the blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses. Use a spatula to scrape all the mixture from the blender.
- Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.
- After chilling, add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
