Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Chicken: Wash and cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Simultaneously, prepare white rice and boil water for green beans.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add cubed chicken and sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, toasted sesame oil, ground ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, lime zest, and lime juice. Cook until thickened.
  4. Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the sauce, stirring gently to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
