Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl; let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually mix in flour and salt, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Filling
  1. Flatten dough slightly, fold in olives, bacon, and cheese until evenly distributed.
First Rise
  1. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
Shaping
  1. Punch dough down, shape it into a loaf, and place seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.
Second Rise
  1. Cover and let the loaf rise again for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the loaf for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Cooling
  1. Remove from oven, let sit in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
