- Start by bringing 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags or dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- While the tea cools, wash and slice 1-2 cups of strawberries. Blend them until smooth and creamy. Add maple syrup if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea with the strawberry puree. Squeeze in the lemon juice and add maple syrup to taste. Stir well.
- Serve over ice, garnished with sliced strawberries, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves.
