Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients: rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add peanut butter and sweetener. Mix thoroughly for another 30 seconds until creamy.
  4. Optionally mix in protein powder or chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into a jar or airtight container. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, stir the mixture. Add milk for desired consistency and top with favorite toppings.
