  • 2 bags Black Tea Bags or loose leaf tea for fresher taste
  • 1 cup Water for brewing tea
For the Mango Base
  • 1 medium Ripe Mango or frozen mango cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey can substitute with sugar or agave syrup

  • 1 medium Fresh Mango Slices for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over high heat, then steep 2 black tea bags for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of honey while the tea is warm, then set aside to cool completely.
  3. Peel and dice the ripe mango into chunks, then blend with ½ cup of water until smooth.
  4. Strain the mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve to extract juice, leaving the fiber behind.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice, then pour the cooled tea into each glass about two-thirds full.
  6. Gently pour the mango nectar over the iced tea for a layered effect.
  7. Garnish with fresh mango slices on the rim of the glasses and serve immediately.
