- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Sauerrahm and eggs until smooth (2-3 minutes).
- In a thick-bottomed pot, heat the milk with a pinch of salt until it simmers (5-7 minutes).
- Gradually stir in the Sauerrahm and egg mixture and continuously stir for about 2-3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove pot from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
