  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger Fresh ginger can be used

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Marinate chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish with marinade for at least 15 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  5. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip chicken thighs and pour any remaining marinade over. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Baste the chicken with pan sauce halfway through baking.
  8. After baking, let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
