Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Insert the trivet into the Instant Pot and place the lid on without sealing.

  5. Secure the lid and set the valve to SEALED. Cook for 14 minutes on high pressure.

  7. Preheat the broiler and brush potatoes with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Broil for 3-4 minutes until skins are golden and crisp.
  9. Slice open and fluff the insides, adding desired toppings.
