Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Divide the mixture in half. Add orange food coloring to one half and yellow to the other.
  5. Layer the orange mixture over the crust, then gently add the yellow layer on top, creating swirls if desired.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set. Center should still jiggle slightly.
  7. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Lift out the bars using the parchment, slice into squares, and top with candy corn for decoration.
