- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
- Divide the mixture in half. Add orange food coloring to one half and yellow to the other.
- Layer the orange mixture over the crust, then gently add the yellow layer on top, creating swirls if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set. Center should still jiggle slightly.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
- Lift out the bars using the parchment, slice into squares, and top with candy corn for decoration.
