- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup of grated parmesan, ½ cup of heavy cream, 3 minced garlic cloves, the juice of half a lemon, and a sprinkle of ground black pepper. Using a whisk, blend everything together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Once blended, taste your Garlic Parmesan Sauce. If needed, adjust the flavor by adding a pinch of salt, more black pepper, or additional garlic.
- Cover your bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to harmonize.
- After chilling, stir the sauce. If too thick, whisk in a splash of heavy cream. Serve alongside dippers like chicken wings or fresh veggies.
