Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup of grated parmesan, ½ cup of heavy cream, 3 minced garlic cloves, the juice of half a lemon, and a sprinkle of ground black pepper. Using a whisk, blend everything together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Once blended, taste your Garlic Parmesan Sauce. If needed, adjust the flavor by adding a pinch of salt, more black pepper, or additional garlic.
  3. Cover your bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to harmonize.
  4. After chilling, stir the sauce. If too thick, whisk in a splash of heavy cream. Serve alongside dippers like chicken wings or fresh veggies.
